I last cut myself on 10/1/2012 : 10 days I last had sex with Shane on 11/1/2012: 9 days I last texted Shane 20/1/2012: Today I last had Maccas on 14/1/2012: 6 days I last drank alcohol on 17/1/2012: 3 days
